Great rooms, nice service and great breakfast!

Had a room one after the other in the "new building" and in the old building .. Unfortunately, both did not meet my expectations of comfort and cleanliness! Corona rules could also be implemented better, at breakfast on Wednesday and Thursday I was allowed to sit down and got everything brought to the table, you weren't allowed to the buffet, okay. On Friday, however, the lady was busy checking out, so self-service. At the hint that the sink in my chamber is almost falling off the wall, the shoulders only shrugged. I think the prices in the restaurant are a bit too high ....

Can't recommend the hotel, had 2 rooms one after the other, in the old and in the "new building" both unfortunately didn't meet my expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness. I've also seen better concepts when it comes to Corona ... at breakfast, for example. You weren't allowed to help yourself at the buffet on Wednesday and Thursday, but on Friday, because the staff was busy checking out and writing bills. The Hotel Schwan is a complete disappointment. The kitchen is very good but the rooms are dirty. Wardrobes dusty and the outside is even disgusting. The window sills haven't seen a rag this year. The staff seemed sometimes totally overwhelmed.

Food very good, location is great, service very friendly and fast. Everything as desired, just a small minus. Fish cutlery should be used with the trout. We'd love to visit again.

We were assigned a seat on the terrace, the card came and then nothing. The service did not respond at all and became unfriendly after a waiting time of 20 minutes. Not recommendable.

We had a room in the so-called old building. You shouldn't compare that to stale! Good beds and a balcony with a view of the Main. The staff is extremely accommodating and helpful. A perfectly adequate breakfast pleasantly rounded off our stay.

We went there for the second time and ate great shovels. The chef, who is also the chef, a great person and host, with very, very friendly staff. You have to eat there when you visit the beautiful city of Wertheim.

This sleepy German town offers much! This hotel is not only charming, the staff, oh my God, warm and inviting. I didn't know what to expect arriving 2 in the morning and everything closed. The proprietor, makes me a ham and cheese plate to feed me in the middle of the night. AMAZING.

The roast duck was a force! Delicate and crispy on the outside, as it must be. As a starter there was a Flädlesuppe. Everything was delicious and the service very friendly and fix. Hot meals. Gladly again.

Nice rooms and service, the place is cozy and near the city centre. The restaurant could be better, but overall it was a pleasant experience. Breakfast had good variety.
